Intelligence, kept in-house. Nothing leaves the room.

Meridian is a private AI service for organisations that cannot hand their work to someone else's model. We deploy a tuned system inside your perimeter, keep it current, and stand behind its answers — sold as a licence, not a metered experiment.

What Meridian does

01

Your corpus, understood

Contracts, tickets, drawings, decade-old email. Meridian indexes what you already hold, respects the permissions attached to it, and refuses to answer from documents the reader may not see.

02

Answers with provenance

Every response carries its sources, its confidence, and the clause it leaned on. Where Meridian is unsure, it says so plainly rather than composing something agreeable.

03

Work, not chat

Standing agents draft the renewal, reconcile the ledger, and prepare the board pack overnight — each one scoped, logged, and reversible by a named owner.

04

An estate you can audit

One console for models, prompts, spend and access. Export the full evidence trail to your regulator in a format they already accept.

How it works

Week one

We survey

Two engineers and a solicitor read your estate: what data exists, who may see it, and which decisions are worth automating. You receive the map whether or not you proceed.

Week two

We deploy

Meridian installs into your cloud or your rack. Nothing egresses. Your keys, your logs, your network policy — we work within them rather than around them.

Thereafter

We tend it

Models are re-evaluated monthly against your own benchmark set. When a better one appears, we swap it in and show you the difference in writing.

The console

Quiet by design

One dark surface, no dashboards competing for attention. Meridian shows the three things that changed since you last looked, and hides the rest until you ask.

“We bought a system, not a subscription. Eighteen months in, the audit committee has stopped asking about it — which is the highest praise we give software.”
— Claire Bettany, Group CIO, Kestrel Bank

“The provenance line settled a two-year argument between legal and engineering. Everyone can now see where an answer came from.”

Idris Fanshawe · General Counsel, Verrier & Co.

“Eleven days from signature to the first useful answer, on our own hardware. I had budgeted for a quarter.”

Mei Halloran · Director of Platform, Halden Health

“One invoice a year. My finance team can forecast AI for the first time since we started using it.”

Tomás Reiner · CFO, Northgate

Questions

Where does the model run?

Inside your own cloud account, or on hardware you own. Meridian holds no copy of your data and requires no outbound connection to us for inference.

Do you train on our material?

No — and the contract says so without qualification. Tuning happens on your instance and stays there.

Which underlying models do you use?

Whichever wins on your benchmark set that month, open-weight or licensed. Model choice is our problem; the result is what you buy.

What happens if we leave?

Thirty days' notice in the first year, then annual. You keep the index, the evaluation suite and the logs; we remove our software and nothing else.

Which certifications do you hold?

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, with EU AI Act conformity documentation for high-risk deployments. Reports on request under NDA.

Begin with the survey. Decide afterwards.

Two weeks, fixed fee, credited in full against a licence. You end with a map of your own estate whichever way you go.
